How it works
From kickoff to your first inquiries, here’s exactly what happens.
No mystery and no jargon: a clear plan, a real team, and ads that keep getting better.
The first week
Live within a week. Never on autopilot.
Here’s how your first week goes, day by day.
- 01Monday
Get to know you
You'll get one simple checklist: access, photos and video, and who approves ads. Then a kickoff call about which grades have room and what's coming up on your calendar.
- 02Tue–Wed
Find your story
We dig into what makes your school unmistakable and the words your dream families already use. Then we start turning your own photos and video into ads that sound like you.
- 03Tue–Thu
Get tracking right
We connect your inquiry forms to the ad platforms, so you'll know exactly which ads brought families in.
- 04Thursday
You review
You see everything before it runs, with one round of changes. Gather everyone's notes into one list and we'll take it from there.
- 05Friday + ongoing
Launch and learn
We test everything, go live, and keep improving. New ads come as your data and your event calendar call for them.
- 06Every two weeks

Kickstart
Kickoff plus campaign management: strategy, creative production, the full tracking build, launch, and your first reporting cycles.
Campaign management
Daily fine-tuning, fresh ads as campaigns need them, on-demand event support, bi-weekly reporting, and strategy calls timed to your season.
Why a six-month minimum?
A six-month campaign is the smallest unit of time in which this work can honestly be judged. It's long enough for the data to mean something and short enough that you're never locked into something that isn't working.
Ready to start your first week?
Proof, not guesswork
Most school ads can't tell which families they brought in. Ours can.
On a free 20-minute call, we’ll look at your website and enrollment system and show you exactly how we’d track every inquiry, from first click to submitted form.
Meta + Google
Meta drives. Google recaptures.
Facebook and Instagram find the families who aren't searching for a new school yet. Google makes sure you're the first thing they see when they start.
A few days later, they search your school's name or “private schools near me.”
You're the first result, not a competitor, with a clear next step: tour, open house, or inquiry.
One story across both, and one dashboard that shows the whole path.
Google alone only reaches families who already know to look for you.
Meta alone sparks interest but doesn't always catch it.
Together, they cover the whole path. Read the full post →
Clicks aren’t families
Most school ads can't tell which families they brought in. Ours can.
When ad platforms know which ads led to a real inquiry, they get dramatically better at finding more families like them. Whether that’s possible depends on your website, enrollment system, and forms. Some work out of the box, some put up roadblocks, and we’ve found a way around every one we’ve met.

What counts as an inquiry?
A completed form submission: a real family who filled in their details and pressed submit. Not a click, not a page view, not someone who landed on your admissions page and left. Every cycle we reconcile the platform's numbers against your own form data by hand, because ad platforms miscount in both directions. The number we report is the verified one.

Book a free Inquiry Tracking Check
Tell us your website and enrollment system. On the call we'll walk through exactly what can be tracked for your school, what's in the way, and what we'd do about it. No pitch deck.
Every two weeks
Your dashboard, not a monthly PDF.
Every two weeks, you get a live reporting page at your school’s own address, plus a written update on what happened and what we’re changing. No login, no attachment to find, no waiting until month-end.
Built around you. We customize your dashboard to what your team actually needs to see, within reason: results by grade, by event, or side by side with your own enrollment numbers.
- Verified cost per inquiry, reconciled against your own form data
- Form results: how many families reached your forms, and how many filled them out
- Period-over-period comparison on every channel
- Written analysis and next steps: what happened, what we're changing, and what we need from you
- Data health monitoring, so we know if a connection breaks before you do
Next steps: Shift budget from the 6th-grade awareness ad to the shadow-day static, which is converting at half the cost.
Questions schools ask us
FAQ
How fast will we see results?
Most of our schools see inquiries coming in within the first two weeks of launch. Some agencies ask for twelve months and tell you results arrive in month four or five. We don't work that way.
Why is there a six-month minimum?
Six months covers a real enrollment season: long enough for the data to mean something and short enough that you're never locked into something that isn't working. It's a two-month Kickstart followed by four months of management.
We use Veracross / Blackbaud / Edlio. Can you still track inquiries?
Yes. Every system we've worked with has a route to trackable inquiries, but the route is different for each one. Book a free tracking check and we'll show you yours.
Is landing page design included?
Landing page copywriting for your existing pages is included. Building a page inside your CMS is quoted separately, and a fully custom hosted landing page is an add-on.
How many ads do we get, and how many revision rounds?
Kickstart includes a hero video, variant cuts, statics, a carousel, and a full copy set. After launch, we make new ads whenever the data or your event calendar calls for them, so there's no fixed monthly quota. Every delivery includes one consolidated round of revisions. Gathering everyone's notes into one list gets your ads live faster.
Why don't your ads look like our viewbook?
Because ads on a phone play by different rules than print. Some of our ads are polished brand pieces that follow your guidelines closely. Others are quick, casual ads made to stop the scroll; many run for a week and get swapped for whatever's working best. A rougher, more real-feeling ad often brings in more families than a perfect one, and we'll always show you the results.
Can we pause over the winter?
Yes. Take December and January off if your calendar is quiet, with no penalty, and come back at your original rate. A break of three months or longer, or a change to your enrollment or website system while you're away, requires a restart fee, because both mean rebuilding tracking and creative from scratch.
Do you mark up our ad spend? Who owns the accounts?
No markup, ever, and no percentage of spend. You pay Google and Meta directly, and the ad accounts, creative, landing pages, and data are all yours.
Do you do SEO, social media management, or a CRM?
No, on purpose. We do school storytelling and digital advertising, and we do them well. If you need something else, we're happy to point you to people we trust.
Still have questions? We’re happy to answer them.
Ready when you are.
Most of our schools are live within about a week of kickoff and see inquiries within two weeks of launch.
